Eva Schweber founded Forethought in 1998 to help meet the growing needs of organizations in both the public and nonprofit sectors. Her extensive experience in bureau-level budgeting, performance indicators and strategic policy development has prepared her to help organizations needing to assess their strategic direction, evaluate their performance or improve the efficiency with which they spend scarce resources.
Eva received her Masters in Public Administration from Lewis and Clark College, where she focused her studies on budgeting/finance and nonprofit management. Her work experience includes time as a Management Analyst for the City of Portland, Oregon, and as Acting Vice President of Science Programs for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. She has also served as General Manager for Sea Stars Goat Cheese in Santa Cruz, California.
Clients include nonprofits, municipalities and counties on both the East and West coasts.
